Clarie and Dennis Broste of Hanska, Minnesota, are SON members who are trying to take a break from that state's winter weather in Texas!

Claire told about their interesting chance discovery, during a recent visit to New Zealand, of a community founded by Norwegians recruited to remove timber for a railroad in the 1870s.

Trond Nordvik and his wife of Bergen, Norway, arrived less than 24 hours before the meering for a three week visit to Texas!
